本研究では、薬局で活動する看護職である「ファーマシー・ナース」が、地域で療養生活を送る患者本人やそれを支える家族、ならびに健康に不安のある地域住民などにとって身近に相談できる職種となり得るか、ならびに地域包括ケアシステムへと繋がるファーストアクセス機能を担えるかどうかを検証するため、福島県内にある薬局で、薬局に訪れる住民（以下、来局者とする）に対し実際の看護活動を行う。Donabedian医療の質評価理論に基づいて開発された看護役割効果モデルを枠組みとして用い、看護活動に対するアウトカムとして来局者および薬局薬剤師の満足度を調査し、「ファーマシー・ナース」の有用性を明らかにする。

In this study, actual nursing activities will be conducted at pharmacies in Fukushima Prefecture for residents visiting the pharmacies (here-in-after referred to as "visitors") to verify whether "pharmacy nurses," who are nurses working at pharmacies, can be familiar with and consultative profession for patients and their families who are undergoing medical treatment in the community, as well as for residents who are concerned about their health, and whether they can take on a first-access function that leads to a comprehensive community care system.
Using the nursing role effectiveness model developed based on the Donabedian health care quality assessment theory as a framework, we will investigate the satisfaction of visitors and pharmacy pharmacists as outcomes of nursing activities and clarify the usefulness to the "pharmacy nurse."

People who visit the research cooperating pharmacy during the hours when the nursing staff is active and who have given consent for the study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

研究への同意の判断能力を欠いていると判断されるもの、アンケート調査へ自ら回答することが困難と思われる認知機能の著しく低下したものや未成年者
