本研究は，人工知能の機械学習機能を用いて，脊椎くも膜下麻酔で施行された手術の術後の悪心・嘔吐(PONV)のリスク因子を検討する．

a) 術式

f) 術中使用薬剤（エフェドリン・硫酸アトロピン・ネオシネジン・ペルジピン・アドレナリン・ステロイド，アトニン）
g) 輸液情報（輸液量・輸血量・尿量）
h) 手術中の体位（仰臥位，側臥位，腹臥位）

母集団は，脊椎くも膜下麻酔下で手術を受けた20歳以上の患者である．本研究対象者として脊椎くも膜下麻酔下で非心臓手術を受けた患者を連続登録する．

The population is patients aged 20 years or older who underwent surgery under spinal anesthesia. Patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under spinal anesthesia will be continuously enrolled as subjects of this study.
