目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
脳脊髄領域の病変が疑われる患者に対して、アミノ酸製剤を使用したPETを行い、悪性度の予測、遺伝子情報につながる特徴量の抽出を行う。また、可及的に摘出手術が行われた後にアミノ酸製剤を使用したPETを行い再発リスク評価を行う。

For patients with suspected CNS tumors, amino acid tracer PET will be performed to predict malignancy and extract features suggesting genetic information. Amino acid tracer PET will be performed to assess the risk of recurrence for patients after radical resection.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

脳腫瘍や脊髄腫瘍などが疑われている患者、もしくは、脳腫瘍や脊髄腫瘍などが診断されている患者。

Patients with suspected or diagnosed brain or spinal cord tumors.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
全身状態が極めて不良（バイタルサインの異常など）で、主治医が撮像に同伴できない場合。
小児科患者で、主治医もしくは研究対象者の保護者が撮像に同伴できない場合。
本人申し立てにより妊娠初期と考えられ、かつ妊娠継続予定の女性。

Patients in extremely poor general condition (e.g., abnormal vital signs) who cannot be accompanied by the attending physician for imaging.
Pediatric patients whose attending physician or guardians is unable to accompany the patient for imaging.
Women who are pregnant and who want to continue their pregnancy.
