選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 検査者の口頭指示を理解できる
2) 手指に痛みなど課題遂行に支障をきたす疾患がない
3) 麻痺側上肢・手指がBrunnstrom recovery stage Ⅳ以上
4) 麻痺側手関節伸展が随意的に20°以上可能
5) 麻痺側Ⅰ・Ⅲ手指のIP及びMP関節が伸展が10°以上可能
6) 座位が安定していること

英語
1) Understand oral instructions
2) No pain in fingers
3) Brunnstrom recovery stage 4 and above
4) The wrist joint on the paralyzed side can be extended by 20 or more at will.
5) The IP and MP joints of the paralyzed side 1 to 3 fingers can be extended by 10 or more.
6) The sitting position is stable

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 過去に同様の課題を実施した経験がある
2) 非麻痺側に，生活に支障をきたすような手指の整形外科疾患や神経疾患の現病歴または既往歴を有する
3) 失語・注意障害・半側視空間無視・認知機能障害が著明である
4) 著明な視覚障害（半盲，複視，視力低下）により実験で使用するモニターを見ることができない
5) 医学的にコントロールできていない重症な合併症がある

1) Have experience of performing similar tasks in the past
2) Have a current or history of orthopedic or neurological disorders of the fingers that may interfere with life on the non-paralyzed side
3) Significant aphasia, attention disorder, hemilateral visual space neglect, cognitive dysfunction
4) Patients who cannot see the monitor
5) There are serious complications that are not medically controlled
