大腸ESD後に遅発性穿孔を来した対象者に説明を行い、同意を得られた場合に症例を登録する。登録した症例が退院するまでその臨床経過を観察する。

Subjects with delayed perforation after colorectal ESD will be explained and enrolled if they agree. The clinical course of enrolled cases will be observed until they are discharged from the hospital.
