ロボット手術では内視鏡下手術に比べて、片肺換気後に気管支カフ圧が上昇しやすいことを明らかにする。気胸後に気管支カフ圧の調整をする必要が明確になり、カフによる気管支粘膜損傷のリスクを減らすことができる。

The clarification of a higher likelihood of bronchial cuff pressure increasing following one-lung ventilation in robotic surgery compared to endoscopic surgery. Adjusting bronchial cuff pressure after opening the chest will reduce the risk of bronchial mucosa injury by the cuff .

2022年12月22日から2027年1２月31日の間に、内視鏡あるいはロボットで片肺換気が必要な手術を施行した20歳以上の患者

Patients 20 years of age or older having undergone thoracoscopic or robotic surgery requiring one-lung ventilation between December 22, 2022 and December 31, 2027.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①オプトアウトにより、情報利用の拒否を申し出た患者
②重篤な呼吸障害のある患者
③肺切除術（肺部分切除術は除く）の既往がある患者
④気管切開患者
⑤身長150cm未満
⑥肥満(BMI>35)

1) Patients not consenting to the use of their information by opting out
2) Patients presenting with severe respiratory dysfunction
3) Patients with a history of pneumonectomy (excluding partial pneumonectomy)
4) Patients with a tracheostomy
5) Height less than 150 cm
6)Obesity (BMI>35)
