1. 脳心血管疾患の既往、心血管リスク因子または自律神経障害のうち１つ以上を有する患者
2. 20歳以上の男女

1. Patients with at least one cardiovascular risk factors, history of cardiovascular disease, or autonomic nervous dysfunction
2. Aged 20 years or older at time of giving consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 6ヶ月以内の脳血管障害（無症候性または一過性は含まない）の既往のある患者
2. 透析中の患者
3. その他の重篤疾患（癌、膠原病など）を治療中の患者

1. History of stroke within 6 months.

3. Patients undergoing treatment for other serious diseases (cancer, collagen disease, etc.)

【研究方法】
研究期間中、患者は家庭血圧を継続的に測定し、血圧のデータは測定時の気温データとともに保存される。
その後、年に1回、心血管イベント、服薬状況、診察室血圧の追跡調査を行う。

Participants will continuously measure home blood pressure and room temperature. During the study period, the medical information, such as diagnosis of cardiovascular events, prescriptions and office BPs will be collected from their medical records.
