認知症患者を介護する家族のストレス軽減への取り組みは重要な課題である。我々が独自開発した「コグマップ」を用いて、ストレスの軽減に関する検証を行う。認知症患者や高齢者を介護する家族には、コグマップがストレスや介護負担の軽減につながる可能性がある。認知症患者の介護者に対する負担軽減の検証に先立ち、まずは在職中一般の社会人を対象とする研究を行う。コグマップの実施前後で、職場でのストレスなどの負担感の軽減や作業効率の向上などを従来のチェックリスト方式を比較対象として、パイロット無作為化比較試験で検証する

Efforts to reduce the stress of families caring for dementia patients are an essential issue. We will verify the reduction of stress using our proprietary "Cog-Map." For dementia patients and families caring for the elderly, Cog-Map may reduce stress and the burden of caregiving. Before verifying the reduction of the burden on caregivers of dementia patients, we will first conduct research targeting general working adults. A pilot randomized controlled trial will be conducted to verify the reduction of stress burdens in the workplace and the improvement of work efficiency before and after implementation of the Cog-Map, comparing the conventional checklist method.
