UF-5000による白血球（単核球、多核球）分類と非淋菌性尿道炎の原因微生物との関連を検討し、男子尿道炎の診断、特に検出が困難な原因微生物による尿道炎の迅速診断に役立てることを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between leukocyte (mononuclear cell, polynuclear cell) classification by UF-5000 and causative microorganisms of non-gonococcal urethritis, and to help in the diagnosis of male urethritis, especially in the rapid diagnosis of urethritis caused by causative microorganisms that are difficult to detect.

初尿、尿道分泌物、咽頭擦過物、うがい液のいずれかを検体として提出できる患者
本研究の参加に関して同意が得られる患者

通常診療の範疇で実施した病原微生物の遺伝子検査、国立感染症研究所で実施した病原微生物の遺伝子検査結果との相関性を検討する。
白血球分類と遺伝子検査の測定結果とそれぞれの対照検査結果から2×2分割表を作成し、全体一致率、陽性一致率、陰性一致率、陽性的中率、陰性的中率を算出する。測定結果の不一致例についてはその原因を考察する。

To examine the correlation between the results of genetic testing for pathogenic microorganisms performed within the scope of usual medical care and the results of genetic testing for pathogenic microorganisms performed at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases.
A 2 x 2 contingency table will be created from the results of leukocyte classification and genetic test measurements and their respective control test results, and Calculate the overall concordance rate, positive concordance rate, negative concordance rate, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value. If there is a discrepancy in the results, the cause of the discrepancy is discussed. The causes of the discrepancies are discussed.
