日本語
クラミジア又は淋菌感染疑い患者から採取した臨床検体やDNA保存試料をGeneSoC及び被験試薬で測定し、その結果を既存の検査法による判定結果と比較検討することでそれらの性能を評価する。

英語
Clinical specimens and DNA-preserved samples collected from patients with suspected chlamydia or gonorrhoea infection will be measured with GeneSoC and test reagents, and their performance will be evaluated by comparing the results with those determined by existing test methods.

クラミジア又は淋菌感染症が疑われた患者
初尿、尿道分泌物、子宮頚管擦過物、咽頭擦過物、うがい液のいずれかを検体として提出できる患者
本研究の参加に関して同意が文書で得られる患者

GeneSoC及び被験試薬の測定結果とそれぞれの対照検査結果から2×2分割表を作成し、全体一致率、陽性一致率、陰性一致率、陽性的中率、陰性的中率を算出する。
