選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・早期食道扁平上皮癌もしくは食道癌疑い病変を有する患者
・名古屋大学医学部附属病院及び共同研究機関において、早期食道扁平上皮癌もしくは食道癌疑い病変に対する精査もしくは治療を目的とした上部消化管内視鏡検査を受ける予定のある患者
・本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の下、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

Patients with early esophageal squamous cell carcinomas or suspected esophageal squamous cell carcinomas
Patients scheduled to undergo esophagogastroduodenoscopy at Nagoya University Hospital or participating facilities for the purpose of close examination or endoscopic treatment for early esophageal squamous cell carcinomas or suspected early esophageal squamous cell carcinomas
Patients who have given sufficient explanation for participation in this study, and who have given written consent of their own free will based on sufficient understanding.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者
・同意能力のない患者
・自施設で治療を実施しない患者
・食道癌に対する放射線もしくは放射線化学療法後、頭頚部癌に対する放射線療法後、食道切除後、治療後再発、進行食道癌、食道腺癌の症例は除外する

Patients who are deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator
Patients who are incapable of consenting
Patients who will not be treated at their own institution
Patients after radiation or radiochemotherapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinomas, radiation for head and neck cancers, esophagectomy, recurrence after treatment, advanced esophageal cancers, or adenocarcinoma of the esophagus
