血管像に基づく表在型食道癌癌の診断は主観的で不明瞭な部分がある。血管の配列性に着目し、より客観的な指標である微小血管の配列の規則性の診断的意義を明らかにすること。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.上部内視鏡検査で、食道に7mm以上の境界をもった病変を指摘されている患者
2.NBI拡大観察で拡張した血管が増生しかつ配列が整っている病変

1.Patients in whom upper endoscopy revealed an esophageal lesion with a 7-mm or larger border.
2.Lesion with enlarged, well-aligned, dilated vessels on NBI magnification.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.複数の抗血栓剤内服など生検が行うことができない患者
2.すでに組織学的に食道癌と診断された患者
3.生検における組織学的診断が評価できない患者

1.Patients who cannot undergo a biopsy, such as receiving multiple anti-thrombotic medications
2.Patients with a previous, histological diagnosis of esophageal cancer
3.Patients in whom a histological diagnosis cannot be made on the basis of a biopsy
