生殖補助医療実施施設で採卵周期を開始する女性とそのパートナーを対象にwebアンケートを2回実施し、SCREENIVF日本語版の妥当性、信頼性、及びリスク予測を検討することを目的とする。

The aim of this study was to investigate the validity, reliability, and risk prediction of the Japanese version of the SCREENIVF by conducting two web questionnaires targeting women and their partners who will start the oocyte retrieval cycle at assisted reproductive technology facilities.

1) これから採卵周期を開始する女性患者とそのパートナーである（採卵経験回数、子どもの有無を問わず。事実婚を含む）。
2) 成人している2022年3月31日までに20歳以上、または2022年4月1日以降18歳以上の者。
3) 2回のwebアンケートに参加できる。

1) Female patients and their partners who start the oocyte retrieval cycle (regardless of the number of oocyte retrieval experiences, and having children or not).
2) Must be an adult and be 20 years of age or older by March 31, 2022 or 18 years of age or older after April 1, 2022.
3) You can participate in two web questionnaires.

結果：すべての下位尺度で信頼性係数がα=.715から.906と高く十分な内的一貫性が認められた。確証的因子分析でモデルの適合度はGFI=.764とやや低かったが5つのサブスケールの因子的妥当性は示された。ROC分析で、不安サブスケールのカットオフ値 24点のとき感度90.6％特異度66.2％；うつサブスケールのカットオフ値4点のとき感度 72.7％特異度82.5％と、マニュアル通りのカットオフ値で十分な感度と特異度が示された。既存尺度との相関分析で中程度以上の相関が認められ、基準連関妥当性が確認された。

All subscales of the Japanese version of the SCREENIVF showed good reliability (alpha=.715 to .906). Confirmatory factor analysis showed a good fit of the 5 factors model. The performance of the anxiety subscale in detecting GAD-2 anxiety disorders was excellent, with sufficient sensitivity (90.6%) and specificity (66.2%). The performance of the depression subscale in detecting PHQ-2 depression was excellent, with sufficient sensitivity (72.7%) and specificity (82.5%).
