2)日本在住で、肝細胞がん局所治療（肝切除または焼灼療法）を2回以上経験のある方
3) 直近の局所治療（肝切除または焼灼療法）から5年以内の方
4）同意が得られた方
【医師】
1)日本の医師免許を持つ、本アンケート調査参加時点から遡って5年間で平均5例／年以上の肝切除・焼灼療法の実施経験がある方
2）本アンケート調査参加時点から遡って直近1年間で5例以上の肝切除・焼灼療法を実施している方
3）同意が得られた方

Well-being の経時的変化では臨床的意義のある変動は認めなかったが，患者は再発と局所療法を繰り返すなかで不安を増加させた。「患者が局所療法を実施時に重要視したこと」は，患者と医師ともに「再発抑制」，「生存延長」，「安全性」が多く選択されたが，患者は再発と局所療法を繰り返すなかで「局所療法の回数を減らすこと」をより重要視した。また，「患者が術後補助療法の選択時に重要視する情報」について，患者と医師ともに「治療効果」と「副作用」が上位であったが，患者は「日常生活」を，医師は「治療期間」をより重要視した。

atients showed no significant changes in well-being over time, but those with recurrences and repeated locoregional therapy reported increased anxiety. Both patients and physicians prioritize efficacy and safety for locoregional therapy, but patients emphasize reducing the number of therapies with recurrence. For adjuvant therapy, both prioritize treatment effectiveness and adverse effects, while patients prioritize maintaining a normal daily life and physicians prioritize treatment duration.

本研究はインターネットを用いたアンケート調査で，2022 年12 月から2023 年1 月にかけて実施した。患者調査はGMO リサーチ株式会社のアンケートパネルとがん情報サイト「オンコロ」，QLife 株式会社にてリクルートを行い，医師調査は株式会社プラメドのアンケートパネルを用いた。

Patient survey was conducted using a questionnaire panel of GMO Research Co., Ltd. and cancer information sites Oncolo and QLife Co., Ltd., and physician survey was conducted using a questionnaire panel of Pramed Co., Ltd.
