1. 好酸球性食道炎あるいは食道運動障害と診断された患者
2. 同意取得時における年齢が満20歳以上の患者
3. 本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後,十分な理解の上,患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者．

1. Patients with eosinophilic esophagitis or esophageal motility disorders
2. Patients who are aged 20 years or older at the time of acquisition
3. Patients who agree to participate this study after receiving an explanation and providing consent forms
