透視下脊柱起立筋ブロック群、エコー下脊柱起立筋ブロック群、control群(ブロックなし)を3群間で比較することで透視下脊柱起立筋ブロックの有効性を証明すること。

アメリカ麻酔科学会gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲの方
1椎間または2椎間のオープン腰椎後方固定術を受けられる方

Patients body weight more than 45kg and less than 100kg
American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I, II, or III
Patients who will undergo 1- or 2-vertebral open lumbar posterior fusion

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

腎機能障害(eGFR<60mL/分/1.73m2)の合併
肝機能障害(AST>30,ALT>30)の合併
薬剤(ロキソプロフェンNa、アセトアミノフェン、ロピバカイン、フェンタニル)アレルギーの合併
化膿性脊椎炎の合併
脊椎骨折の合併
膀胱直腸障害の合併
術前に歩行不能な下肢麻痺の合併
悪性腫瘍の合併

Renal dysfunction (eGFR<60mL/min/1.73m2)
Hepatic dysfunction (AST>30, ALT>30)
drug (loxoprofen Na, acetaminophen, ropivacaine, fentanyl) allergy
Complicated pyogenic spondylitis

Complicated bladder and rectal disorders
Complicated preoperative paresthesia of the lower extremities with inability to walk
