2017年4月から2022年11月までに竹の塚脳神経リハビリテーション病院に入院した脳卒中患者1,620名のうち、VP計測を行った109名が、包括基準と除外基準を適用して登録されました。

Among the 1,620 persons with stroke admitted to Takenotsuka Noshinkei Rehabilitation Hospital between April 2017 and November 2022, 109 with VP measurements were enrolled after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
除外基準は、脳幹・小脳病変、多発性脳梗塞、水頭症、指示理解力の低下、骨折・リウマチ・疼痛などの整形外科的筋骨格系所見で、医師の判断で治療が必要なものとした。

The exclusion criteria were brainstem and cerebellar lesions, multiple cerebral infarctions, hydrocephalus, poor understanding of instructions, and orthopedic musculoskeletal findings, such as fractures, rheumatism, and pain, requiring treatment at the physicians discretion.

B群、C群はA群に比べSPV動揺性誤差が大きく、さらにB群では1ヶ月後に動揺性誤差が有意に改善した。
さらに、C群の半側空間無視、Pusher患者の初期SPV開眼位動揺性誤差と1ヶ月後の総FIMの間には相関があった。

Groups B and C had larger SPV variability errors than group A. Furthermore, group B showed a significant improvement in variability errors after 1 month. Furthermore, there was a correlation between the initial SPV eye-opening variability errors and total FIM after 1 month of pusher patients with unilateral spatial neglect in group C.

全体として、109名の脳卒中患者が登録された。
臨床評価には，初期および1か月後のSPVと全機能的自立度測定（FIM）を含む．SPVの平均値と標準偏差は、それぞれ方向性と動揺性の誤差を示す。参加者は、方向性誤差と動揺性誤差が標準値の範囲内にあるA群、方向性誤差が標準値の範囲内にあり動揺性誤差が標準値より大きいB群、方向性誤差と動揺性誤差が標準値より大きいC群に分類された。また、SPVとFIMのスコアについて二元配置分散分析を行った（P < 0.05）。

Overall, 109 patients with stroke were enrolled. Clinical assessments included the SPV and total functional independence measure (FIM), initially and after 1 month. The SPV mean and standard deviation values indicated the directional and variability errors, respectively. Participants were categorized as follows: group A had directional and variability errors within the standard values, group B had directional errors within the standard value range and variability errors greater than the standard values, and group C had directional and variability errors greater than the standard values. In addition, a two-way analysis of variance was performed for SPV and FIM scores (P < 0.05).
