Self-awarenessの定量的な評価を作成することで， Self-awarenessという観点から対象者の病態や行動特性を把握することができる．その結果、Self-awarenessの程度に合わせた妥当な介入戦略の検討が期待できる．

By developing an assessment of self-awareness, it is possible to understand the symptoms and behavioral characteristics of patients from the perspective of self-awareness. As a result, it can be expected to consider appropriate interventions according to the degree of Self-awareness.

内的整合性の検討では，患者用・医療者用ともに高い信頼性を担保していた。検者内検者間信頼性の検討では，AQ全項目ではICC0.8を超え，高い信頼性が担保された。しかしながら，項目毎に分析を行うと中程度の信頼性に留まった。妥当性の検討では，日本語版AQと日本語版SRSIの間に，低い有意な正の相関関係，日本語版AQとMMSEとの間に，低い有意な負の相関関係が認められた。これらより，脳卒中後とTBI後のSAとは異なる概念である可能性が考えられ，脳卒中患者にAQを使用する際には，項目削除などの手入れ（脳卒中版AQ作成）が必要である。

本研究は前向きかつ他施設共同の横断研究である。日本語版AQの作成にあたっては，SF-36の手順に準じ，ダブルトランスレーションを実施した。対象者情報として，年齢，性別，疾患名，損傷半球，損傷部位，利き手，教育歴，発症からの日数，GCS，MMSE，TMT，WCST，digit span，Reyの複雑図形課題，日本語版AQ，日本語版SRSIを測定した。信頼性の検討として，内的整合性の検討，検者内検者間信頼性の検討を，妥当性の検討として，基準関連妥当性の検討を行った。天井効果と床効果の影響についても分析した。

This was a prospective, multicenter, cross-sectional study. In preparing the Japanese version of the AQ, double translation was performed according to the procedures of the SF-36.
Patient information included age, gender, disease name, hemisphere of injury, site of injury, dominant hand, educational history, number of days since onset, GCS, MMSE, TMT, WCST, digit span, Rey's complex figure test, Japanese AQ, and Japanese SRSI. We examined internal consistency and intra- and inter-rater reliability for reliability, and criterion-related validity for validity. The effects of ceiling and floor effects were analyzed.
