主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

腰部多裂筋の組織血液量（以下Total-Hb），組織酸素化血液量（以下Oxy-Hb），組織脱酸素化血液量（以下Deoxy-Hb）とする．携帯型近赤外線組織血液酸素モニター装置（NIRS）を用い，疼痛側（健常群は右に統一）のL5-S1部位の腰部多裂筋の血液循環動態を，立位体幹中間位および課題動作（体幹伸展20度（以下伸展位），これだけ体操）にて測定を行う．対象者に，立位中間位から伸展位，もしくはこれだけ体操の動作を行わせ，その際の，腰部多裂筋の組織血液循環動態の変化を，中間位および課題動作の10秒後で測定を行い，比較検証を行う．

Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) will be used to non-invasively measure total hemoglobin (Total-Hb), oxygenated hemoglobin (Oxy-Hb), and deoxygenated hemoglobin (Deoxy-Hb) of lumbar multifidus at L5-S1 segment. All measurements will be obtained in neutral position, 20 degree of trunk extended position, and extended exercise position in standing. Subjects will be asked to move into either trunk extension or extended exercise position from starting (neutral) position.The measurements of Total-Hb and Oxy-Hb were compared at -3 seconds (neutral position) and 10 seconds of in each trunk extended and extended exercise position in standing.

立位での体幹伸展動作でも，腰痛の有無にかかわらず血流循環動態が増加を示し，これだけ体操では，腰痛の有無にかかわらず，血流循環動態がより増加を示すことが示唆された．
