目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	センチネルリンパ節生検（sentinel node biopsy、以下SNB）を伴う乳房部分切除術後の同側乳房内再発（ipsilateral breast tumor recurrence、以下IBTR）における最適な腋窩治療を検討するために再SNBを評価する。	To examine optimization of axillary treatment in cases of IBTR, repeat SNB is evaluated retrospectively.

年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	100 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	女/Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1) 初発乳癌がTis-4N0M0(UICC第8版)でSNBを伴う乳房部分切除術を受けた症例。 2) センチネルリンパ節の転移状況に関わらず郭清が省略された症例。 3) 2010年1月から2022年8月までに診断されたIBTR症例。	All criteria should be required. 1) Cases of primary breast cancer with clinically Tis to T4N0M0 at UICC ver.8 performed with SNB 2) Cases of primary breast cancer treated with no axillary lymph node dissection 3) Cases of IBTR diagnosed from January 2010 to August 2022
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 初発乳癌がcN1以上あるいはM１であった症例。 2) IBTRの診断以前に同時性あるいは異時性の両側乳癌と診断された症例。	1) Cases of primary breast cancer with clinically positive node or distant metastasis. 2) Cases of synchronous or metachronous bilateral breast cancer before IBTR
