2005年10月から2022年9月までに兵庫県立尼崎総合医療センターで中等度以上三尖弁閉鎖不全に対して三尖弁形成を受けた18歳未満の患者。

Patients less than 18 years old who underwent tricuspid valve repair for moderate or more tricuspid valve regurgitation at Hyogo prefectural Amagasaki general medical center from October 2005 to September 2022.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

18歳以上の患者。三尖弁置換を受けた患者。体心室房室弁が三尖弁の患者。

主な結果/Results

弁尖の病態によって複数の形成手技を使用した。交連形成が最も多く使用された。入院死亡2例、遠隔死亡なし。経過観察期間の中央値7.8年。再手術は心室中隔欠損を伴わない肺動脈閉鎖の1例。最終経過観察時点で生存患者の三尖弁閉鎖不全は軽度以下。三尖弁狭窄なし。三尖弁輪径は体格の成長に伴って成長していた。生存及び再手術回避率は5/10年でそれぞれ92.3%、95.8%。

Several reparative techniques were used. There were two cases of hospital death, and no late death occurred. During the median follow-up period of 7.8 years, reoperation was performed in one patient with pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum. At the last follow-up, all survivors had mild or less tricuspid valve regurgitation. Postoperative tricuspid annular diameter increased within the normal range in all patients. Survival and reoperation-free rates at both 5 and 10 years were 92.3 % and 95.8 %

年齢の中央値は3.7歳。15人が男性。23人が先天性心疾患あり。35%がファロー四徴症または心室中隔欠損を伴う肺動脈閉鎖症。次に心室中隔欠損。

Their median age was 3.7 years (range, 1 month-16.2 years), and 15 were males. 23 had congenital heart diseases. Among them, 35 % of patients had tetralogy of Fallot or pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect (9/26), followed by ventricular septal defect (23 %, 6/26).
