日本語
ロボット手術では内視鏡下手術に比べて、片肺換気後に気管支カフ圧が上昇しやすいことを明らかにする。気胸後に気管支カフ圧の調整をする必要が明確になり、カフによる気管支粘膜損傷のリスクを減らすことができる。
今回は症例数設計及び妥当な評価指標の決定のための情報収集が目的である。

The clarification of a higher likelihood of bronchial cuff pressure increasing following one-lung ventilation in robotic surgery compared to endoscopic surgery. Adjusting bronchial cuff pressure after opening the chest will reduce the risk of bronchial mucosa injury by the cuff .
The purpose of this study is the collection of information for designing the number of cases and determining a valid assessment index.

2022年8月１日から2022年1２月31日の間に、内視鏡あるいはロボットで片肺換気が必要な手術を施行した20歳以上の患者

Patients 20 years of age or older having undergone endoscopic or robotic surgery requiring one-lung ventilation between August 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①オプトアウトにより、情報利用の拒否を申し出た患者
②重篤な呼吸障害のある患者
③肺切除術（肺部分切除術は除く）の既往がある患者
④気管切開患者
⑤身長150cm未満
⑥肥満(BMI>35)

3) Patients with a history of pneumonectomy (excluding partial pneumonectomy)

本パイロット研究は当該研究以降に行われる研究（胸腔鏡あるいはロボットによる片肺換気が必要な手術における気管支カフ圧の変化を観察する）の症例数設計および妥当な評価項目を選定するために情報収集を行うことが目的である。
以下の項目について、診療録より取得する。これらはすべて日常診療で実施された項目である。

年齢、既往歴、自他覚症状、
治療等開始前の検査・評価項目
治療等実施期間中の検査・評価項目
治療等終了時の検査・評価項目
気管支粘膜損傷の有無、嗄声咽頭痛など自覚症状の有無

The purpose of this study is to collect information for designing the number of cases and selecting valid endpoints for the study.

The following items will be obtained from the medical records. All of these items are collected in the course of routine medical care.
Age, medical history, subjective and objective symptoms,
Examination and evaluation items prior to the start of treatment
Examination and evaluation items during treatment
Examination and evaluation items at the end of treatment
Presence or absence of bronchial mucosa damage, presence or absence of subjective symptoms such as hoarseness and sore throat
