本研究は、多施設共同研究により、IPMN切除症例の術前膵液細胞診と切除後の最終病理診断を比較検討し、手術適応の予測因子となり得るか否かを目的とする。

By a multicenter study, we weigh final pathology after the resection against the preoperative pancreatic juice cytodiagnosis of the IPMN resection case, and this study is intended whether it can be a surgery adaptive predictor.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)膵液細胞診の検体が不十分で評価が困難な症例。
(2)併存膵癌を伴う症例。
(3)その他、研究責任医師あるいは研究分担医師が不適当と判断した症例。

(1)The case that a specimen of the pancreatic juice cytodiagnosis is insufficient, and an evaluation is difficult.
(2)A case with the coexistence pancreatic cancer.
(3)In addition, the case that a study responsibility physician or a study allotment physician judged to be inadequate.
