・65歳以上の高齢者
・医師から運動を禁止されていない者
・会場まで自力で来れる者
・25分ほどの軽い運動を続けて実践できる者

Age 65 years or older.
The person who is not prohibited from exercising by a doctor.
The person who can come to the venue by themselves.
The person who can continue to practice exercise for 25 minutes.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・脳血管疾患、心疾患、神経変性疾患、緑内障、白内障、色覚異常の既往歴を有する者
・脳血管疾患、心疾患、神経変性疾患、緑内障、白内障、色覚異常の現病歴を有する者
・現在色覚異常の症状がある者
・認知機能検査（MMSE）の得点が23点以下の者
・抑うつ度調査（GDS）の得点が7点以上の者

The person who has a medical history of cerebrovascular disease, cardiac disease, neurodegenerative disease, glaucoma, cataract, color blindness.
The person who has a present illness of cerebrovascular disease, cardiac disease, neurodegenerative disease, glaucoma, cataract, color blindness.
The person who has symptoms of color blindness.
The total score of MMSE 23<=
The total score of GDS 7>=
