EUSガイド下穿刺用19G針を内視鏡のワーキングチャンネルに挿入して胆嚢を穿刺する。造影剤を注入し、0.035インチの硬いガイドワイヤーを挿入する。一般的にはこの後拡張手技を行うが今回の研究では省略し、12mm fully covered SEMSを胆嚢内に挿入する。

A 19G needle for EUS-guided puncture is inserted into the endoscope's working channel to puncture the gallbladder. Contrast is injected, and a 0.035-inch stiff guidewire is inserted. Generally, this is followed by a dilation procedure, which is omitted in this study. A 12mm fully covered SEMS is introduced into the gallbladder over the guidewire without dilation.
