選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

HCL群
(1)同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上。
(2)1型糖尿病患者。
(3) MiniMed770Gシステムを用いて半年以上SAP療法を行っている患者。
(4)本人による文書同意を得られる患者。
MDI群
(1)同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上。
(2)1型糖尿病患者。
(3)MDI療法かつisCGMの使用を半年以上行っている患者。
(4)本人による文書同意を得られる患者。

HCL group
(1) Patients 18 and over years of age at the time of consent.
(2) Patients with type 1 diabetes.
(3) Patients who have been on SAP therapy using the MiniMed770G system for at least 6 months.
(4) Patients who can provide written consent in person.
MDI group
(1) Patients 18 and over years of age at the time of consent.
(2)Patients with type 1 diabetes.
(3)Patients who have been on MDI therapy and isCGM for at least 6 months.
(4)Patients who can provide written consent in person.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)透析中の患者。
(2)妊娠中の患者。
(3)研究責任者が本研究の対象として不適当と判断する患者。

(1)Patients on dialysis.
(2)Patients with pregnancy.
(3)Patients whom the principal investigator deems inappropriate for this study.
