選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 40 歳以上の男女
2. 変形性膝関節症の診断がある者
ACR(米国リウマチ学会)の変形性膝関節症診断基準による 膝の疼痛に加えて以下の 6 項目のうち 3 つ以上を満たす者
(50 歳以上・30 分未満の朝のこわばり・可動時の捻髪音・骨の圧痛・骨 棘形成・滑膜炎様の熱感がない)
3. 本研究について同意説明文書を用いて説明を行い、同意を取得した者

1. Age over 40 years old
2. Person who has been diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis regarding ACR criteria.
3. Person who has been informed and became consent with the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 関節リウマチ、多関節炎疾患などの自己免疫性疾患の疑いがある者
2. 人工関節置換術、高位脛骨骨切り術等の膝手術の治療歴のある者、または
研究期間中に予定している者
3. 過去 6 ヶ月以内にステロイドの関節内注射歴がある者
4. オピオイド系鎮痛薬を使用している者
5. 研究期間中に転居、長期不在を予定している者
6. 日本語による会話が難しい者
7. 明らかな認知機能の低下により質問紙への回答の難しい者
8. 注射治療が不適切と判断される者
9. ステロイドに対し過敏症の既往歴がある者
10. その他、研究責任者または研究分担者が本研究への参加を不適当と判断し
た者

1 Rheumatoid arthritis, multiple arthritis, and other autoimmune disease
2 History of total knee arthroplasty, high tibial osteotomy, and other knee surgery
3 History of intra-articular steroid injection in 6 months
4 In use of opioid analgesics
5 A plan for change of residence or long absence
6 Having difficulty talking Japanese
7 Having difficulty answering to questionnaires for cognitive decline
8 Inappropriate for injection
9 History of hypersensitivity for steroids
10 Person whom principal Investigator or co-Investigator judge to be inappropriate
