目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	早期臨床試験に参加している、参加する、またはその可能性があるがん患者の臨床検体（血液検体、がん細胞及び有害事象発現臓器の組織検体など）を用いて細胞株、PDX及び新規に探索的な解析モデル等を作成し、それぞれの解析モデルにおける薬効評価や解析結果と、患者における治療効果や有害事象等の臨床情報との関連性を検討する。	To establish Cell lines, PDX, and other exploratory analysis models using clinical specimens in early clinical trials and examine the relationship among drug efficacy evaluations, analysis results in each analysis model, and clinical information such as therapeutic effects and adverse events.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	網羅的遺伝子解析及び免疫学的プロファイリング等により、薬効を示す最適な患者集団を特定すること及び有害事象の発現を予測するバイオマーカーを特定することの早期臨床試験における有用性と妥当性を検証する。	To investigate the efficacy and validity of identifying optimal population and biomarkers that predict the occurrence of adverse events in early clinical trials according to the results of the comprehensive analysis of genetic analyses and immunological profiling
