目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
身長160cm以下の日本人女性を対象に、超音波装置で輪状軟骨径を測定する。測定結果と、ダブルルーメンチューブ（DLT）の外径から、適切なダブルルーメンチューブ径を推定する。推定したDLT径、輪状軟骨径とその他パラメーター（身長、体重、BMI、年齢）の関係を解析し、32Frと35Frのカットオフ値を検討する。また呼吸器外科手術患者では、測定した輪状軟骨径を基にDLTサイズを決定し、使用し、輪状軟骨径測定の有用性を検証する。

We measure cricoid ring size by ultrasound testing in small Japanese women. Appropriate double lumen tube (DLT) size is predicted with measured cricoid ring size. We analysis an association of predicted DLT size and patient information (height, weight, body mass index, age). We want to know cut-off point with 32Fr and 35Fr DLT.
Patients undergoing thoracic surgery is used DLT predicted by cricoid ring size.

（2）ASA分類1-3で予定手術を受ける患者
（3）書面によるインフォームドコンセントを得られた患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1）緊急手術症例
(2) 超音波による輪状軟骨の評価ができない場合
（頸部外傷、頸部手術後、同意取得時に気管挿管後）
(3) 気道狭窄病変がある、または予想される患者
（腫瘍、頸部放射線照射後、気管切開の既往）
(4) 気道浮腫がある患者
（コントロール不良の甲状腺機能低下症など）
(5) 気管や喉頭に先天奇形がある患者
(6) 術前に咽頭痛、嗄声のある患者

3.Patient with airway narrowing (tumor, radiation, tracheostomy)
