iii) 不安ならびに抑うつ症状：

The Fugl-Meyer assessment（FMA）日本語版 [Amano et al, 2018; Nakazono et al., 2020]
v) 認知機能：

Sleep latency, total sleep time, sleep efficiency, Wake-time After Sleep Onset (WASO), arousal index, duration and incidence of each sleep stage, REM latency

Japanese version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) [Doi et al., 2000].
iii) Anxiety and depressive symptoms:
Japanese version of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) [Hatta et al., 1998].

2) 18歳以上

1) First ischemic stroke
2) 18 years of age or older

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 小脳病変である者
2) 他の神経精神疾患を有する者
3) 虚血性脳卒中発症以前の睡眠障害の既往がある者
4) 質問票に回答できないほどの認知症や失語症を有する者
5) 入院中の合併症により新たな機能障害を呈した者

1) Those with cerebellum lesion
2) Those with other neuropsychiatric disorders
3) Those with a history of sleep disorders prior to the onset of ischemic stroke
4) Those with dementia or aphasia to the extent that they are unable to answer the questionnaire
5) Those with new functional impairment due to complications during hospitalization.
