選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

① 試験への参加意思を示し，説明を理解した上で試験への参加に文書で同意が得られる者
② 除外基準に抵触しない35歳から50歳までの健常な日本人女性
③ 同意書･アンケート･試験品摂取日誌等の書類に記入が可能な者
④ サプリメント等で，肌に効果を感じたことがある者
⑤ 肌のハリの低下を感じている者
⑥ 両側目尻に主としてGrade1～3（日本香粧品科学会誌2006年30巻No.4
p316-322）に該当するシワを有する者
⑦ 乾燥肌の者
⑧ 更年期症状（いづれかの症状）がある者
顔がほてる，汗をかきやすい，腰や手足が冷えやすい，息切れ・動悸がする，寝つきが悪い・眠りが浅い，怒りやすくイライラする，くよくよしたり憂うつになる，頭痛・めまい・吐き気がよくある，肩こり・腰痛・手足の痛みがある
⑨ 疲れやすさを感じる者

1. Those who indicate their intention to participate in the test, understand the explanation, and obtain written consent to participate in the test
2. Healthy Japanese women between the ages of 35 and 50 who do not meet the exclusion criteria
3. Those who can fill in documents such as consent forms, questionnaires, test product intake diaries, etc.
4. Subjects who have felt effects on the skin with supplements, etc.
5. Subjects who feel a decrease in skin firmness
6. Mainly Grade 1 to 3 on the outer corner of the eye (Journal of the Japanese Cosmetic Science Society, 2006, Vol. 30, No. 4)
Persons with wrinkles corresponding to p316-322)
7. People with dry skin
8. Those who have menopausal symptoms (any symptoms)
Flushed face, sweating easily, lower back and limbs getting cold easily, shortness of breath/palpitations, difficulty falling asleep/shallow sleep, irritability and irritability, drowsiness/depression, headache/dizziness/nausea are common , Stiff shoulders, back pain, pain in limbs
9. Those who feel easily tired
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

下記の条件に1項目でも当てはまる者は除外とする。
① 現在，美肌およびダイエットサプリメント，コラーゲンサプリメント，医薬品を常用している者
② 測定日前日から測定終了まで禁酒できない者
③ 日常的に喫煙している者
④ 喘息の者
⑤ 妊娠中又はその予定のある者，授乳中の者
⑥ 花粉症の者（花粉症の薬を服用しない者は可）
⑦ 食物アレルギーのある者
⑧ 他の食品や薬剤などを摂取する試験や化粧品及び薬剤などを塗布す
る試験に参加中の者または同様の試験に参加し終了後3ヵ月以上経
過していない者
⑨ その他，試験責任医師が不適当と判断した者

Those who meet even one of the following conditions will be excluded.
1. Those who currently use skin care and diet supplements, collagen supplements, and pharmaceuticals on a regular basis
2. Persons who cannot abstain from drinking from the day before the measurement to the end of the measurement
3. Those who smoke on a daily basis
4. Person with asthma
5. Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, those who are breastfeeding
6. Those who have hay fever (those who do not take hay fever medicine are allowed)
7. Persons with food allergies
8. Tests of ingesting other foods and drugs, and applying cosmetics and drugs
who are currently participating in a similar study or who have been participating in a similar study for at least 3 months
who have not passed
9. Others who are judged to be inappropriate by the principal investigator
