短期強化リハビリテーションは、姿勢を意識したバランス練習と有酸素運動など、多要素にて行い、自主トレーニングを追加して運動量を確保する。参加期間は2ヶ月とし、週2回、6週間介入し、前後2回ずつ評価を行う。

Short-term strengthening rehabilitation will be performed in a multifactorial manner, including postural balance exercises and aerobic exercises, with the addition of self-initiated training to ensure physical activity. The duration of participation will be 2 months, with intervention twice a week for 6 weeks, and evaluation will be conducted twice before and after the intervention.
