全国調査で回答が得られた自治体数（保健師数）は、統括保健師177（184）、中堅期保健師196（275）であった。
個別支援の対象領域を中堅期保健師にたずねた結果、支援の必要度が高い事例として精神保健と母子保健が挙げられた。

Mental health and maternal and child health were among the target areas of individual support with a high level of need for support answered by mid-career public health nurses.

個別支援に関する有効回答数は 275（4.8%）であった。その内訳は女性が 248 人（90.2%）、年齢は 30 歳代が 133 人（48.4%）、40 歳代が 97 人（35.3%）と大半を占めた。職位は、主任主事等が 178 人（64.7%）と最も多かった。

The number of valid responses regarding individual care was 275 (4.8%). The majority of the respondents were female (n=248, 90.2%), 133 (48.4%) were in their 30s, and 97 (35.3%) were in their 40s. The most common position was that of chief director (n=178, 64.7%).
参加者の流れ/Participant flow

全国調査はウェブ上のフォームで実施し、調査用のURLまたはQRコードを指導PHNおよび中堅PHNに配布した。調査参加者には、(1)直近1カ月以内に実施した個別ケア、地域活動、事業展開のうち、必要性の高いケースを1つ、必要性の低いケースを1つ選択してもらい、(2)選択した事例に関するアセスメント項目・属性をシステムに入力した。各活動の必要度は、1（非常に不要）から10（非常に必要）までの10段階のリッカート尺度を用いて測定した。さらに、各項目の重要度やわかりにくさ、追加項目の有無についても参加者に尋ねた。回答は研究者に直接送られた。

The nationwide survey will be conducted using a web-based form, and a URL or QR code for the survey will be distributed to supervisory and midcareer PHNs. We will ask the research participants to (1) select one highly necessary and one less necessary element of individual care, community-based activities, and project development that they have performed within the last month; and (2) enter select cases into our system and summarize them. The level of necessity of each activity will be measured using a 10-point Likert scale from 1 (very unnecessary) to 10 (highly necessary). Additionally, we will ask participants about the importance and incomprehensibility of each item and whether to include any additional items. Responses will be sent directly to the researcher (ie, they will not go through the supervisory PHNs).

Municipal public health nurses will be asked to fill in the activity record items and enter their subjective level of need for the cases with high and low necessity among (1) individual support, (2) district activities, and (3) projects for which they are in charge. The importance and readability of each item will also be investigated.
