母趾球荷重を意識した運動と足関節外反を意識した運動の2種類の異なる筋力トレーニング方法を8週間実施することで、長期的に長腓骨筋と短腓骨筋の形態を選択的に変化させることができるか確認すること。

超音波画像診断装置を用いた腓骨筋群の筋断面積、筋厚、筋輝度の変化量:測定は、各週の1日目の介入前に実施し、それを8週目まで毎週と、9、10、12週目に行う。

課題動作は、セラバンド（強度：レベル +3（黒）、酒井医療株式会社）を用いた足関節外反動作である。一つ目の介入方法は、長座位にてセラバンドを母趾球にあて足関節最大底屈位から接触部より押し出す母趾球運動を実施する。課題動作はすべて右足で実施する。課題動作の実施回数は、1回/秒の速さで100回を2セットとする。

The task movement was ankle eversion on the right leg using a Thera-Band. The ball of the foot task in which a Thera-Band was placed on the ball of the foot and pushed out from the contact point. The number of times the task movement is performed is two sets of 100 repetitions at a speed of 1 repetition/second.

介入2/Interventions/Control_2

日本語
課題動作は、セラバンド（強度：レベル +3（黒）、酒井医療株式会社）を用いた足関節外反動作である。二つ目の介入方法は側臥位にて足関節最大底屈位から第5中足骨底より押し出す第5中足骨運動を実施する。側臥位は、上側の下肢は股関節、膝関節屈曲90°、下側の下肢は股関節、膝関節屈曲伸展0°となるような姿勢と指示し、課題動作はすべて右足で実施する。課題動作の実施回数は、1回/秒の速さで100回を2セットとする。

The fifth metatarsal task in which the Thera-Band was pushed out from the base of the fifth metatarsal. All the task movements are to be performed with the right foot. The number of times the task movement is performed is two sets of 100 repetitions at a speed of 1 repetition/second.

① 同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上，30歳未満の男女
② 同意取得時点で下肢に整形外科的疾患を有しない者
③ 本研究の参加に関して文書による同意が得られる者

1. Men and women who are at least 18 years old and less than 30 years old at the time of obtaining consent.
2. Patients who do not have orthopedic diseases of the lower limbs at the time of obtaining consent.
3. Persons who can give written consent to participate in this study.
