大腸内視鏡で大腸における器質的疾患が除外された65歳以上で、かつバイオバンクに検体の預託に関して同意の得られた患者

主な結果/Results

最終的にA群27名、B群28名を試験に登録した。これらのうち、脱落症例を除いたA群24例、B群26例を解析した.
高齢者に対するプロバイオティクス投与における腸内細菌と免疫能の変化についての研究では、便秘治療に関してプロバイオティクスを併用することは便秘に対する治療効果を高めるだけでなく、腸内環境の改善をもたらす可能性があり極めて有用であると考えられた。

After excluding dropouts, 24 cases in Group A and 26 cases in Group B were included in the analysis.
In a study investigating changes in intestinal microbiota and immune function following probiotic administration in elderly individuals, the combined use of probiotics for the treatment of constipation was considered highly beneficial, as it not only enhanced the therapeutic effect on constipation but also had the potential to improve the intestinal environment.
