選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.長径10mmから20mmまでの非有茎性粘膜内腫瘍性病変のうち、最口側の１病変を登録し内視鏡切除が施行できる患者。
2.内視鏡切除後からフォローの下部消化管内視鏡検査までの経過を追うことができる。
3.外科切除を要する大腸腫瘍性病変を認めない。
4.登録時の年齢が20歳以上である。
5.試験参加について研究対象者本人または代諾者から文書で同意が得られている。

1.Patients with intermediate-size (10-20 mm) sessile colorectal lesions who can register one lesion on the most proximal side and undergo endoscopic resection.
2.Patients who can be followed from endoscopic resection to follow up colonoscopy.
3.Patients without colorectal neoplastic lesions requiring surgical resection.
4.Patients who are at least 20 years old at enrollment.
5.Patients who have written informed consent from themthelves or a surrogate.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.本研究に登録したことがある（本試験のフォローの内視鏡などで別の対象となりうる病変が見つかった場合に再度の登録はしないため）
2.遺残再発を疑う病変である。
3.著明な電解質(Na, Cl)異常を有する症例
4.炎症性腸疾患，大腸ポリポーシス症例
5.その他、試験担当医が安全に治療するのに不適当と判断した症例

3.Patients with significant electrolyte (Na, Cl) abnormalities
4.Patients with inflammatory bowel disease and polyposis coli
5.Other patients deemed unsuitable for safe treatment by the investigator
