授乳期の母親がロイシンを経口摂取した後の乳汁中と血液中のグルタミン酸（Glu）濃度を経時的に測定することで、ロイシン経口摂取が乳汁中のグルタミン酸濃度に与える影響を明らかにする。

・産後4ヶ月以降18カ月までの授乳中の者
・非喫煙者
・日常的に朝食を摂取している者

Nursing mothers from 4 months to 18 months postpartum
Non-smokers
Womem who consume breakfast on a daily basis
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・試験食に対するアレルギーを持つ者
・内分泌疾患・乳腺疾患・糖尿病・脂質異常症・循環器疾患・腎疾患・肝疾患およびその他の疾患の既往歴がある者
・代謝に影響を及ぼすあらゆる薬剤の処方を受けている者
・現在妊娠している者

Women with a history of endocrine disorders, breast disease, diabetes, dyslipidemia, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, liver disease and other diseases
Women who are prescribed any drugs that affect metabolism
Women who are currently pregnant
