家庭訪問によるペアレントトレーニングを行う。肯定的な親子の相互交流スキルを増やす科目と、事故予防のための室内のハザードを取り除く科目があり、それぞれ6回程度訪問する。家庭訪問は週に1回、１時間、研修をうけた訪問員が訪問して指導する。

Parent training will be provided through home visits. There are two modules, one to increase positive parent-child interaction skills and the other to remove indoor hazards to prevent unintentional injuries, each with approximately six visits. Home visits are conducted once a week for one hour by a trained home visitor.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

福岡市の児童養護施設で社会的養育を受けていた家族（措置解除後、一時保護解除後）、ならびに子育て支援課が把握している子育て負担感が大きい・親子関係の構築支援が必要な家族（ショートステイなどの行政サービス利用したことがある家族も含む）の中から、プログラム対象となる家族を実務者会議で選出し、同意を得られた家族の主養育者を対象とする。

Among families whose children have been received out-of-home care in children's homes in Fukuoka City and families who have been identified by the child-rearing support department at city hall as having a large child-rearing burden and needing support for building parent-child relationships (including families who have used administrative services such as respite care), the multidisciplinary professionals will select families for the program at the meeting, and the main caregivers of those families who give their consent will be eligible for the program.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

緊急性の高い課題がある家族（自殺企図などによる精神科治療が早急に必要な家族、家庭内暴力による保護が必要な家族など）や住環境が安定していない家族（衣食住の確保が先に必要な家庭）は対象外とする。

Families with urgent issues (e.g., families in need of immediate psychiatric treatment due to suicide attempts, families in need of protection due to domestic violence, etc.) and families without a stable living environment (families that need to secure food and clothing first) are not eligible.
