対象者は、北海道大学と北海道医療大学のキャンパス内掲示板を用いたおよびチラシの掲示と配布により募集する。
方法：認知課題にはPASAT1秒条件(PASAT-1s)とPASAT2秒条件(PASAT-2s)を用いる。PASATは単位時間毎に連続で音声提示される1桁の数字とその前に提示された数字を加算する聴覚性ワーキングメモリ課題であり、1施行毎の正答率を算出する。運動課題にはタブレットを用いた非利き手による螺旋描画課題を用い、画面に提示された模範螺旋から逸脱しないようにタッチペンでなぞる。施行中は、対象螺旋の描画終了直後に連続して次の螺旋が提示され、1施行中毎の平均速度と模範螺旋からの逸脱距離を計測する。また描画課題の各施行間の結果は、平均速度と正確性を合わせた尺度に換算して比較する。測定条件は、ST条件を1) 描画課題、2) PASAT-1s、3) PASAT-2s、DT条件を4) 描画課題＋PASAT-1s、5) 描画課題＋PASAT-2sとする。各施行は1分間実施し、各条件はそれぞれ3回ずつ(全課題15ブロックで休憩時間を含めて計22分間)実施する。施行順序は学習効果を考慮してカウンターバランスをとる。

Subjects will be recruited using bulletin boards on the campuses of Hokkaido University and Hokkaido University of Health Sciences, and by posting and distributing flyers.
Methods: The cognitive tasks used were the PASAT 1-second condition (PASAT-1s) and the PASAT 2-second condition (PASAT-2s). The PASAT is an auditory working memory task in which participants are asked to add a single digit to a sequence of spoken digits presented every unit of time, and the correct response rate per execution is calculated. The motor task is a spiral drawing task using a tablet with the non-dominant hand, which is traced with a stylus so as not to deviate from the model spiral presented on the screen. During the exercise, the next spiral is presented in succession immediately after the target spiral is finished, and the average speed and deviation distance from the model spiral are measured during each execution. The results of the drawing task are converted to a combined measure of average speed and accuracy and compared. The ST condition consists of 1) drawing task, 2) PASAT-1s, and 3) PASAT-2s, and the DT condition consists of 4) drawing task + PASAT-1s and 5) drawing task + PASAT-2s. Each execution will last for 1 minute, and each condition will be performed 3 times each (total 22 minutes including breaks for all 15 blocks of tasks). The order of execution will be counterbalanced in consideration of the learning effect.
