卵胞期にSNR16を摂取することによる肌状態への影響を、非摂取期を対照として多角的に比較検討する。併せて、卵胞期と黄体期での肌の状態や血中パラメーターの変動について基礎情報を得る。

To examine the effects of SNR16 ingestion during the follicular phase on skin condition from multiple perspectives, using the non-ingested phase as a control. In addition, we will obtain basic information on skin condition and blood parameter variations between the follicular and luteal phases.

[1] 月経周期に応じて肌状態の変化を感じる者
[2] 月経周期が26～35日程度で規則的な者
[3] 研究担当者が指示したスケジュールで試験食品の摂取、必要な検査への参加、質問票への回答が可能な者

[1] Those who experience changes in skin condition according to their menstrual cycle.
[2] Those with regular menstrual cycles (26-35 days).
[3] Those who are able to consume the test foods, participate in necessary examinations, and answer questionnaires according to the schedule instructed by the researcher.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
[1] 食物（特に大豆・ゼラチン・オレンジ）に対して重篤なアレルギー症状を示す恐れのある者
[2] 試験開始1ヵ月以内に、ビタミンDを含む健康食品・サプリメントを習慣的に使用している者
[3] 試験開始6ヵ月以内に美容施術（美容整形・コラーゲン注入・レーザー・脱毛等）を受けた者
[4] 日常的に屋外で長時間作業する等、過度な紫外線を浴びている者
[5] BMIが18.5以上25未満から逸脱する者
[6] 妊娠・授乳中、あるいは研究期間中に妊娠を希望する者
[7] 何らかの慢性疾患を患い薬物治療を受けている者
[8] その他、研究責任医師および研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した者

[1] Those who may show severe allergic symptoms to foods (especially soybeans, gelatin, oranges).
[2] Habitual users of health foods or supplements containing vitamin D within 1 month of study entry.
[3] Those who have undergone cosmetic procedures (cosmetic surgery, collagen injection, laser, hair removal, etc.) within 6 months of the start of the examination.
[4] Those who are exposed to excessive ultraviolet rays, such as those who work outdoors for long hours on a daily basis.
[5] Those whose BMI deviates from 18.5 to 25.
[6] Pregnant or lactating mothers, or those who wish to become pregnant during the study period.
[7] Those who have some kind of chronic disease and are receiving drug treatment.
[8] Persons who are judged to be inappropriate as subjects by the principal investigator and the principal investigator.
