はじめにケアスタッフは動画による研修を受講する。認知症の行動・心理症状の評価を行い、ワークシートを用いてケア計画を立案する。ケアスタッフはケア計画に則ったケアを8週間実施し、認知症の行動・心理症状を再評価する。

To begin, care staff will attend a video-based training. Care staff assess behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia and develop a plan of care using a worksheet. Care staff implement the care according to the care plan for 8 weeks and reassess the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia.

認知症の診断を受けている者（鑑別診断の必要なし）。Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia Questionnaire 25 items version（BPSD25Q）にて重症度得点が3点以上の項目があり、総得点が10点以上点の認知症の人

Patients with a diagnosis of dementia (no differential diagnosis required). Persons with dementia who have a severity score of 3 or more items and a total score of 10 or more points on the Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia Questionnaire 25 items version (BPSD25Q).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

せん妄の診断・治療のある者、研究開始2週間前に薬の変更があった者

Those with a diagnosis or treatment of delirium, or those who have had a change in medication two weeks prior to the start of the study.
