1時間の末梢神経電気刺激後に20分の家庭用ゲーム機を用いたバランス練習を週5回、4週間実施。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
初発の脳卒中患者。
障害部位が大脳皮質および皮質下である患者。
介入困難な認知機能障害を有しない患者(Mini Mental State Examinationが20点以上)。
見守りで立位保持，歩行が可能な患者。
研究に同意が得られる者。

Patients with first-onset stroke.
Patients with lesions in the cerebral cortex and subcortex.
Patients without difficult-to-intervene cognitive impairment (Mini Mental State Examination over 20 points).
Patients who can stand and walk with supervision.
Patinets who consent to the research.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
Functional Balance scaleが45点以上の者。
整形外科的疾患などにより介入期間中にADLの低下を認めた者。
介入期間中に急性増悪を認める者。
介入が困難となるようなﾌﾟｯｼｬｰ症候群､注意障害，半側空間無視，失行など高次脳機能障害を伴わない者。
不安定な血圧変動や内科的疾患を伴わない者。
下肢に感覚､運動機能に影響を及ぼす末梢神経障害を伴う者。
ペースメーカー使用者。

Those with a functional balance scale of 45 points or more.
Patients whose ADL decreased during the intervention period due to orthopedic disease, etc.
Patients with acute exacerbation during the intervention period.
Patients with higher brain dysfunction such as pusher syndrome, attention deficits, hemispatial neglect, and apraxia that make intervention difficult.
Patients with unstable blood pressure fluctuations or medical diseases.
Patients with peripheral neuropathy that affects sensory and motor functions in the lower extremities.
pacemaker users.
