当院の人間ドックを受けた20歳以上で心血管病（心筋梗塞、狭心症、脳梗塞、大動脈解離、大動脈瘤、下肢動脈閉塞症）の既往がない方。

英語
Patients over 20 years old who have undergone our physical examination and have no history of cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, cerebral infarction, aortic dissection, aortic aneurysm, lower extremity artery occlusion).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

担当医が参加を不適当と判断した方

血清EPA/AA比が狭心症や心筋梗塞などの心血管疾患と関連し、血清EPA/ AA比の低下が心血管疾患のリスク因子として報告されている。
一般集団においても日本人の魚介類摂取量低下により血清EPA/AA比の低下が推測されるが、2005年に発表された久山町研究が確認できるものの、それ以降の報告はほとんどない。
現在の血清EPA/AA比を測定し、以前の結果や心血管疾患の既往がある患者のデータとを比較する。

英語
Serum EPA/AA ratio is associated with cardiovascular diseases such as angina pectoris and myocardial infarction, and a decrease in serum EPA/AA ratio has been reported as a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.
In the general population, a decrease in serum EPA/AA ratio is presumed to be caused by a decrease in seafood intake among Japanese, but there have been few reports since then, although the Hisayama study published in 2005 can be confirmed.
We will measure the current serum EPA/AA ratio and compare it with previous results and data from patients with a history of cardiovascular disease.
