選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

2020年9月1日～2022年8月31日の期間にLRGが測定されたクローン病患者の中で、消化管超音波検査が同日に施行されたすべての年齢の患者．ただし、対象期間内に複数回LRG測定と消化管超音波検査が施行された症例においては、初回の実施日を対象とする．

CD patients of all ages who had evaluated LRG levels and received intestinal ultrasonography on the same day between September 2020 and August 2022.In case that LRG measurement and intestinal ultrasonography were performed multiple times within the applicable period, the first time of the investigation were recruited.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（１）Harvey-Bradshaw Index(HBI)が診療情報から計測不能と判断された患者
（２）HBIが5以上の患者
（３）腸管切除歴を有する患者

(1) Patients whose data of Harvey-Bradshaw Index (HBI) could not be evaluated from medical records.
(2) Patients whose HBI is 5 or above.
(3) Patients who had underwent intestinal resection.
