保護者が適切な健康医療情報を得て意思決定できることは、保護者自身および子どもの適切な健康行動や受診行動の採用、健康の向上につながると考えられ、インターネットが普及する現代では医療啓発をアプリで行う取り組みも増えている。しかし現時点ではアプリによる医療啓発が実際に保護者のヘルスリテラシー向上につながるのか十分なエビデンスは不足している。
本研究では乳幼児を養育中の保護者による子育て支援健康情報提供型アプリの使用の有無や活用の程度によって保護者のヘルスリテラシーの変化、受診行動が異なるかを評価する。

Access to appropriate health and medical information for parents contributes to appropriate health and medical examination behaviors for themselves and their children.
In recent years, the Internet is widely used, and app-based health education is increasing. However, there is little evidence that app-based education contributes to the improvement of parents' health literacy.
In this study, we evaluate whether the use of an app that provides medical information changes the health literacy and consultation behavior of parents.

1) 2022年5－10月に長野市内の保健センター（西部保健センター、吉田保健センター）の1歳半健診を受診した18歳以上の乳幼児の保護者
2) スマホでアプリをダウンロードできる
3) 研究参加について文書による同意が得られている。

1) Parents of infants 18 years of age or older who received a 1.5 year health checkup at a health center in Nagano City (Seibu Health Center and Yoshida Health Center) between May and October 2022
2) Able to download the application on their smartphone
3) Written consent has been obtained regarding participation in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１）研究責任者が本研究を実施するのに不適当と判断した場合。
2）乳幼児健診の付き添い者が保護者以外の場合

(1) When the principal investigator considers him/her inappropriate to participate this research.
(2) When the accompanying person for the infant's medical checkup is other than the parents.
