ICU入室患者に対する外気浴が、せん妄、入院中の睡眠、自律神経活動、身体機能、ADL、に与える影響を明らかにする。

1.信州大学医学部附属病院の集中治療室（ICU）に入室した患者。
2.ICUに7日以上在室していた患者。

英語
1. Patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Shinshu University Hospital.
2. Patients who have been in the ICU for more than 7 days.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.入院期間中に2度以上ICUへ入室した患者
2. ICU滞在中に死亡した患者
3.その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した者

1. Patients who entered the ICU two or more times during their hospital stay
2. Patients who died during their stay in the ICU
3. Other patients were deemed inappropriate as subjects by the principal investigator.

現在までにICU患者の外気浴の効果を検証した報告は国内外いずれもない．本研究は，ICUせん妄に対する新たな介入方法構築の一助となる事が期待される。

To date, there have been no reports in Japan or overseas examining the effectiveness of outdoor therapy for ICU patients. This study is expected to contribute to the development of new intervention methods for ICU delirium.
