BMC:自己評価による臨床推論能力は両群ともに群内で有意に向上したが、群間差は認められなかった。Health & Social Care in the Community：看護師は、経験のない看護学生と比較して有意に多くのサッケードを示し、臨床的に重要な注視領域において、より一貫した注視パターンを示した。一方、経験のない学生は、看護師よりも有意に高い頭部ローリング速度を示した。

Significant within-group improvements in self-perceived clinical reasoning ability were observed in both groups. Nurses showed significantly more saccades than inexperienced nursing students and demonstrated more consistent fixation patterns on clinically relevant areas of interest. Inexperienced students showed significantly greater head-rolling speed than nurses.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

①共同研究者の大学で、第3学年の在宅看護学演習の授業の一部として実施した。教材の学習効果が不明であり、学生の学習の機会を担保するため、全員を無作為に２群に分けて比較する。研究参加について同意した者のみからデータを取得した。視線解析は、パイロット調査に協力した看護職5人のデータとVR群の視線解析の結果を比較した。

The study was conducted at the co-researcher's university as part of a third-year home care nursing training class. Since the learning effectiveness of the material was unknown, all students were randomly allocated into two groups for comparison to guarantee the opportunity for students to learn. Data were obtained from students who agreed to participate in the study.The eye-tracking results of the VR group were compared with data from five nurses who participated in the pilot study.
