主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

8週間の黒大豆種皮抽出液経口投与により血管機能に何らかの変化が見られるかを評価するため、投与開始前、投与後4週間および8週間とで脈波伝播速度 (PWV)を比較する。

The primary endopoint of this study is to discover any alteration of cognitive function in healty adults assessed by Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV) following 4 and 8 weeks oral administration of Black soybean peel extract.

1） 現在何らかの慢性疾患に罹患し治療中の者
2）体格指数 (BMI)が18.5未満あるいは30以上の者
3）黒大豆にアレルギーを有する者
