目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	網膜色素変性及びその類縁疾患を有する患者の登録を集積し、遺伝性網膜疾患の病態解明や新しい治療法の開発や確立に貢献する研究基盤を構築する。	The register and accumulation of patients with retinitis pigmentosa and related diseases, and build a research foundation that elucidation of pathology for inherited retinal disease and the development of new treatments.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1） 網膜色素変性及びその類縁疾患と診断された患者 2）文書で研究参加への同意が得られた患者	1) patients with retinitis pigmentosa and related diseases. 2) patients whose agreement was shown by him/herself.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 研究者等の判断により対象として不適当と判断された患者	1) inappropriate case judged by investigators.
