本研究の目的は、社会参加を促進するアプリを利用することにより高齢者の社会参加が促進されるかを明らかにすることである。また、社会参加の促進を通じて身体活動や主観的な幸福感などの向上が得られるかを検証する。

(4) 要支援・要介護認定を受けていない者
(5) 研究参加について、研究対象者本人からオンラインアンケート上で同意が得られている者

(4) Those who are not certified as requiring support or nursing care
(5) Those who have obtained consent for participation in the research from the research subjects themselves online
